Hello, everyone! My name is Chiara.

I was born in 1991 in the South of Italy, in Lecce (Puglia). I started my activity as a tour guide when I was 19, pairing it with the Univeristy courses. I used to spend a lot of time with my grandmothers, both very connected to the old style cooking. 

In the 2016, after the graduation, to open my view, I moved in Tuscany, near Siena, where I had the possibility to increas my experience in tourism management and food&wine. That’s also why I decided to get a new graduation in agriculture and in 2023 I graduated as an oenologist in Florence.

If you ask me “what is your job?” I can’t give a single answer, my journey has been very varied and rich. I know I like cooking, being in the countryside and creating unique experiences for tourists!
